Kinamwei, Peace and tranquility
The private, oceanside Caribbean villa property provides great flexibility in that it can be rented as a 5/6 bedroom property for large groups (sleeping up to 12) or the main house (sleeping up to 8) and guest cottage (sleeping up to 4) can be rented separately. (The main house and guest cottage will not be rented simultaneously to different groups).
The main house features formal living and dining rooms capable of seating eight; an informal inside lounging area; a large, fully-equipped kitchen; an study/media room and three bedrooms each with ensuite baths, air-conditioned and ocean views. Kinamwei also has a covered fresh water sitting pool. The villa comfortably sleeps from four to eight with the use of the sleeper sofa. It is well equipped with all major appliances, kitchenware, linens, laundry, cable TV and stereos. Complimentary wireless internet service is also available.
The oceanside guest cottage is connected to the main house by a walkway, has two air conditioned queen-size bedrooms, each with a spectacular ocean view. This addition to Kinamwei expands the possibilities for larger groups.
Tennis courts are nearby. Kinamwei has its own small private beach. The property is has four kayaks for the use of renters. There are two doubles and two singles. The doubles are ideal for going out with kids. Bonefishing is within 15 mins of the house. Snorkeling is available at the house.
